August - December 2016:
1. mapping of all designated positions of CA and CAS: clinics, accommodations, timetables, equipments, procedures and protocols, general state of security, ownership of the premises and possible costs of contract;
2. creation of a coherent and complete checklist, to be used during the inspection visits, in accordance with local health regulation, ACN MMG/CA, DPR 14/01/1997 and DGR 26436 of 06/11/2001;
3. inspection of every single designated position, with a digital camera, carried out by two medical doctors: the Risk Manager and the Responsible for UO Qualità;
4. drafting of a final report for the Direzione Strategica of ATS, to be shared with the other public institutions involved (ASST - municipalities), highlighting differences, strengths, criticalities, in order to implement corrective actions to even out the activities; in particular:
- general state, accessibility and quality of logistics;
- responsibility for detailed maintenance;
- minimum recommended technical equipment (telephony-tools-medicines-set of forms) with updated inventory;
- CA Coordinators’ competencies and duties;
- provision of intervention registers, attachments, registers of medicines and medical supplies loaded and unloaded;
- responsibility for supervision of designated position;
- state of security for operators and users.
